Nordell & Koskinen sold gramophone records and needles too. The suitcase-like casing was lined with imitation leather and it came in a variety of colours. According to the catalogue “Dallape was a perfectly first-class portable gramophone that had a powerful, yet soft sound. The appearance and proportions are most successfulâ€. At the price of 1600 Fmk Dallape was notably cheaper than foreign gramophones.
